everyone who comes here gives their strengths, the drama is great, but I'm going to talk about my personal side and the initial overcoming of this drama.
I picked up this drama to see at first, as I saw that it had many high notes and good reviews, the first episodes were even interesting for me, but, like every Chinese drama, I dropped it in the middle,
because the narratinha was confused and too slow, for a moment I could not understand what the story proposes. abandoned. years later I went to see the Chinese anime, it took me a while to realize that it was the same drama I saw before, due to the similarities of the characters (the titles of the works are different), anyway, I watched the anime frantically
, but I realized that this one ran too much in the story, it was exciting however, they had things explained too quickly; but after realizing that the story was really engaging, I went back to the drama, and despite it having too many contemplative points (and here's my difficulty following many Chinese dramas,
for often being too slow), after the story turns to the present, the narrative starts to get nicer to see! And the drama better explain some things (I didn't watch the novel however). Furthermore, the performances are very good, the protagonist's enchanted by his friend, the Jovem Lan, it came to me exactly right from the start,
but then you get empathy for him too, and it's very cute all the scenes where he starts defending Wen Ying, even the dogs. I just can't say if I liked the ending a lot, this china thing about censoring everything (in the drama they are very bromance), despite the equal censorship in the anime, the ending of this one was cute in my opinion,
because in this one it was obvious that they wanted to continue together and so they did, in the drama but they are "making it difficult" lol. the end of the drama wasn't bad, but it was a little more nostalgic, if that's what you say. anyway, i compared anime x drama because i watched these recently, the drama last, and now i intend to read the manga.
I don't know if I'm going to read the novel someday because it's about 1k cap and I don't have much time to read it hahah but my final opinion, it's worth it, this universe comes!
