Instead of advising us that it is better to stop being in a toxic relationship, as the webtoon's author did and wanted, the drama producers changed the ending to normalize and support such matters to happen. And as an excuse, some say it's just fiction. Yes, I wonder if the people stuck in the same situation as Na Bi also consider and watch the drama because it is "fiction" for them. We should not tolerate this.
Personally, I have related to various dramas. Some "fiction" moments appeared to me in real life, and those dramas assisted me in processing them, gave advice or prevented me from happening. I am thankful for that, BUT, if I were in Na Bi's situation and watched this drama JUST TO SEE SUCH AN ENDING, it would mentally destroy me a lot more.

In the end, we are pissed off because we are not here to see a fucked up relationship getting a happy ending. We wanted to see them seperate, see the writer give the right message to the watchers.

It's hilarious how they made the ending of the drama happy, while in the webtoon it's not. So they decided to change the ending to promote and normalize such relationships for the viewers. How fucked up is that?!
Another drama where the FL is a useless piece of walking human because she will never survive in the world alone without the ML who will keep saving her, teaching her, do everything to make this adult-woman be at least a tiny bit useful in the world. Plus she is a princess, yet useless. That's the whole package of being useless.
