I have not yet watched the two NIF dramas yet 🤧🤧🤧🤧 I know I know. I only heard great things about it and I want to watch it. but I like binging and since it's 50+ eps each I am waiting for ample free time.
Dropped. The FL motivations are very mindboggling . To go to such lengths and devote your life to try and resurrect someone that you met once regardless of how significant that meeting was. Just weird. The FL personality and the master disciple dynamic just aren't for me. Happy watching though to those of you enjoying this.
One of the better war scenes in all of the c-historicals I saw. The shot with the leads kissing was epic. In the hands of lesser actors it could have been quite cheesy but I got all the feels and almost teared up.

It's the case with every drama starring big idols ig. Fans think they own their MDL pages and you aren't allowed to express any opinion except fawning. Plus your comment was very mild. I agree wholeheartedly. so many Cdramas these days wouldn't have a plot if leads only communicated. It's refreshing to see a drama driven by other things than misunderstandings between leads. Where leads genuinely support each other.
This drama is shaping up to be by far my favorite this year. So smart. So mature. So emotionally heavy. Great cinematography. Coherent plot. Costume and makeup department made a great effort too. Great acting from everyone involved. The lead actor is giving a performance of a lifetime imo. It was 9/10 from me before today's ep. Now it's a 10.
I wonder why it's underrated? I am enjoying it a lot. Because the leads are not famous enough or sth?
People should take ratings on MDL with a grain of salt cuz users here are mostly stans who will give 10/10 to anything their faves farted and haters who precieve competition with their faves give 1/10 Good or bad. I used to stan a K-pop group before so I get the hang of how these things work. Imo there are few shows here that have legit ratings reflecting their quality.
