It's pretty decent, great at places, but one thing was really irritating

I mean, honestly, a lot of people are watching the series because od Zhu Yilong, who played the main lead, Wu Xie.
And he is overall an amazing actor and in this drama he is amazing once again.

Now don't get me wrong, the other actors are great or at least good to decent as well, but. You can't just switch the main actor with a supporting character's actor for some 10/15 episodes under the pretense of going under cover as someone else!

It made me so. angry. Just why? Why would you put a completely different actor to play the main role for so many damn episodes that contain a few really emotional scenes that I wanted to see Zhu Yilong play!! I have nothing against the actor who plays in Zhu Yilong's place, but I love Zhu Yilong, he was the main actor in the drama for damn 30 episodes before, than some good 15(?) episodes in the next series and then you put a new face for so many episodes, TOWARDS THE END NO LESS, and expect me to be ok? I'm really disappointed in this aspect.

And not only that, Zhu Yilong had almost no screen time during those episodes, even though he played another character, he was shown few times in some short scenes ( which I loved a lot), but yeah, without him, Fatty, Xiao Bai and Sang were the ones who were holding it up for me (uncle Erjing's actor too), but I missed Zhu Yilong as Wu Xie.

Now all of this is juts testament to how great he was in the role, I definitely recommend watching it, just, you know, be prepared.

In regards to music - I loved it quite a lot. The ending song is soooo beautiful and then there is one more song, that gets played in really sad moments, where the singer sings just some vocals with no words and it just makes you want to cry.

Another great aspect is how horror like it is at places, i personally really enjoyed it, it made it all the more thrilling. :)

Tae straight out harassing Kang

Yes, you read it right.
This drama made me so uncomfortable. Firstly, on the positive side, the main characters are gorgeous and their chemistry is great.
Now the problem, for me, was the story.

Tae is awfully possessive, jealous and often times his behaviour borderlines with or is pure harassment. And all of that is directed towards Kang.

Now, it all went down from the moment Tae told Kang that he should be happy, because he can eat chicken and play games with him whenever he wants. This is what Tae told Kang after Kang just got HIT by Tae's father for Tae's actions (The implied long-term abuse here is definitely not Tae's fault, that is all on his father). But. Kang is getting hit, probably quite often, in Tae's stead and Tae tells him, HE SHOULD BE HAPPY? What the hell.

Now it only gets worse. For some reason, when you touch Kang's ear, he goes, well kinda like he just got drugged or pulled into a huge trauma. We can see, and hear directly from him!, he hates when someone touches his ear and Tae KNOWS IT. So what does he do? He touches his damn ear and Kang looks completely out of it and scared. That is not OK. And Tae tries to do the same thing AGAIN.

Now to the worst. Tae pretends that Kang broke his arm, so he can get with him into shower. Get Kang to wash his hair, which was still kind of like ok, I can deal with htis, but then Taetries to force Kang to get naked and wash too? With him? And even after Kang says pretty obviously NO, Tae is still trying to force himself on Kang? That's just...no.

In later instances, you get to see how possessive and jealous Tae is. He is going through Kangs phone with absolutely no permission.
When Kang goes on a date with a girl, Tae gets super jealous, while he himself sleeps around with god knows how many girls. Tae then proceeds to go on Kang's date and then starts insulting Kang.

So yeah, I only made it until this scene in the fourth episode, at this point, it honestly is not worth it for me to continue watching, since Kang looks uncomfortable and scared almost always when he is around Tae. Also NO ONE IN THE DRAMA IS ADDRESSING THIS. (Well, maybe the girl Kang was on date with tried to implied this toxicity in their relationship, but that might be just me reading too much into this).

It might be possible that they figure this out in later episodes but for me, I don't want to see anymore of this.

really wish it was longer

I think the title sums up my feelings pretty well. It felt like it could be twice as long because of how many interesting things there were, but they were never really explored.
The last episode seemed pretty rushed, but even then, it was pretty nice series.

Spoiler ahead ( though kinda minor and it was obvious it will happen )

The only thing that felt a bit awkward to me was the beginning, where the main guy with the mask ( sorry I can't remember names) was acting a bit stiff and then the "kiss" at the end, if you could even count it as that, but, truth be told, I noticed that most of the Korean dramas have pretty...weird kissing scenes. It's like the put their mouths on each other and freeze, it's kinda hilarious, but in the kiss scene in this series, the mains looked kinda uncomfortable.

But overall, the chemistry was really nice, the episodes really, really interesting (I really wish they would explain more about all the cool stuff!) the music was...well decent for me, but I'm really hard to please with soundtracks and songs so take this with a bigger grain of salt that the rest :)

Overall, definitely watch, it can make you feel things and has many interesting concepts and the chemistry is kinda cool.
