How many of these back-in-Joseon-time are there? The lack of fresh ideas is incredible. This was smoked long ago. Also Yoona deserves much better for co-star.
Better than what the rating honestly,I liked it. The mix of Christianity and shamanism was interesting, and did not offend any of the 2 religions. The actors did great, especially the boy, he was top notch .
I expected a lot but the movie is flat, boring, and Hyun Bin again shows how limited he is in his acting. Popular because of looks but cannot act unfortunately. The cinematography might be good but the movie overall is poor. 6/10 and that's being generous. I wanted to drop even before halfway through, but I kept hoping, what a waste of time
you can say you donβt like or prefer her acting but to say her acting is bad and shes a terrible actor is insane.…
Insane? Says who, you? She gives me cringe vibes each time I see her acting, especially when she tries to look cute, that's the worst. I am glad my wife agrees so I don't have to put up with her acting by force π
Story was interesting but had to drop because of IU, her acting is questionable to put it nicely, so forced. I had this issue with all of her stuff, tried to give it a chance again, but I'm done after this. Nothing against her, she's just terrible as an actor. I know I am (severely) in the minority here. If only they would have casted someone else. Oh well.
Did not have much expectations but this was very good. The chemistry between the lead roles was great, the kissing scenes looked very real (unlike many other rom-coms where they are just lame, "Love next door "-cough- cough). They have tried to present the super toxic Korean work culture in a "funny" way (although there is nothing funny about it) to keep the flow of the drama positive. Overall a very good job. The last episode was a bit of a filler with a ton of advertising, almost every scene had some π
I've seen all the royal palaces in Seoul, Changdeok is the prettiest but Gyeongbok is bigger and it has the pagoda museum on the premises so I prefer it. Have seen some historical places in Gyeongju (Silla dynasty) , there was a huge billboard with a very famous drama that was filmed there but I forgot the name. Anyway, nice article π

She's a great actress nevertheless
