I agree with you on the plot. The characters are okay only the plot. Specially after watching TB, GoTD, MM and TBL. I must say SML is a versatile actor. He was in a female student arrives at the imperial college, a date with the future and hilarious family which I enjoyed.

Now these are filler eps. This arc is boring, the previous one was good. 36 eps will have been ok don't know why they cooled down with filler eps when the drama was good. So the decaying immortal wasn't that wrong only his methods were. And this xu yeu pretending to be a good person.
