They all kill indeed and innocents might die indirectly, but so far Prince Li has directly killed an honest officer while the others (ML&FL) have killed only those that really deserved as part of their revenge. If prince Li keeps on killing other innocent people just to fulfill his quest, then how is he different from the Empress Dowager.
PS: I don't think there's anyone who believes the young emperor is innocent, it's just that he is not supporting his mother's influence (fulfills the statement, "enemy of my enemy")

True, but since he had already decided to let her go and focus on revenge, it would have been best to try to avoid her.

Indeed, there might be more to why she despises him so much

1. Master Zhu (the one she claims kill the snakes and saved her) is part of her hallucinations too. We don't know if he is dead too, but it's very likely he is given the level of PTSD she is having. Maybe she watched everyone die and had to live alone in lishan academy + mountain for quite a long time before she was called for marriage.

2. I don't know about that, i don't think she is the maid unless this maid was with her 24/7 which is unlikely especially considering that in her childhood memories with prince Li they were mostly alone. Given how detailed she describes these memories, it's very unlikely she is the maid.

I don't think FL's hate is just about the death of those 18, i think it's more of accumulation of other small stuff, like breaking off the engagement without explanation, but still tried to center himself as the victim after, using that and trying to force his way so FL can give him one more chance. The thing is, he isn't the only victim, FL and ML have suffered too and a whole lot in comparison. At this point, YL already accepted the path that prince Li chose yet he's still in her radar trying to commit suicide every now and then believing she still has a soft spot for him so she won't be abandon him. FL just wanted to cut him off completely from his delusions. matter of fact is he never even apologized about the 18 deaths, if she didn't bring it up, he was going to pretend that FL understood why he did what he did so need to even apologize.

Her PTSD is off the charts, she herself doesn't even realize she told them different stories.

From the looks of it, those not related to Lishan academy don't know about the status of lishan academy as it was closed before the attack, they got ambushed from outside the academy so the QD side never went in to check how many died or survived, they only closed off the mountain to ensure no one leaves. The stories she is telling might have happened before or after the attack but no one on QD's side can confirm. One thing is certain though, by the time she went down the mountain for marriage, no one else at Lishan academy was alive and it seems she might have been alone for a long time that she began using her personal experiences to create memories that might seem were from a second party because she needed and missed their company.
What i don't understand is, how did she get the arranged marriage news? From the way information is passed, there had to be a means of communication that would allow QD to know Yeli is still alive, unless she was the messenger who would always come down the mountain and receive any news.

Okay, here are my answers to your comment based on my observation:
-It was easy for the young emperor to trust FL because she chose to be involved even at the expense of her life when she could killed him for her future husband or just ran away to save herself (no one would stake her for it).
-It seems that everyone in the palace already chose sides, those who were on the late emperors side were eradicated somehow, or changed sides that is why the late king was skeptical about FL's intention with saving the prince and asking for the grand princess title.
-The eunuchs are also people who can switch sides.
-Yah, it's strange not seeing the clan members of Xie family (but maybe they will show up later). But for the uncle, it seems he was away due to his "illness" for quite sometime, so it's understandable why they never met, considering that his uncle never saw his nephew as a threat.

All in all, i agree with you that a sloppy job was done as the scenes seem to involve barely 10 people.

The issue about SFL staying at his place can't really ruin his job, but can create a lot of gossip, which i believe is what he will try to avoid in the next episode.

She just wants SML, but the fact that both ML who still has a soft spot for her even after breaking up and SML who was kind to her, like the FL and are not afraid of expressing that despite the risk. So it's easy for her to hate the FL.

Well, she sent those photos in hopes that it would get FL fired, but then ML took interest in FL so she liked the idea of ML going out with FL hoping that would stop SML from going after FL. But now, both ML and SML are basically obsessed over FL, so now she just hates FL more. Right now her head is basically saying 'if i cant have my happiness, FL can't have hers either'

For ML yes, but it doesn't change that 2ML is a di*khead, the only reason he transferred ML to the US is because he didn't have a reason enough to fire him or send him to a factory in some town, ML is the ace of the team, demoting him like that would be hard even in his position.

I dont think his approach is toxic nor is he trying to force her. Given her background, it's obvious to ML that she is very closed person, so his approach is more of reassurance to her that it's okay for her to feel loved and accept that love. So far, the FL hasn't really said NO to ML's confessions, she just said she can't be with him and stated the reasons why. she has just been trying to find ways to push him away, but given ML's nature, he isn't of someone who leave things to guessing and imaginations, he wants to clearly define what's going between them, but FL has to say it as he already threw the ball of his feelings towards her.

My theories on your theories:

1. I don't think In-a still has any lingering feelings for the VP. We don't know yet who's decision was for In-a to go abroad, but my bet is she proposed it and then VP found a way to bring her back. Given her family background, she is very closeted and she would never allow herself to be the other woman. Mr. Noh just happens to be there at the right time, and is wavering her but i don't think she pushing him away because she still has lingering feelings for her ex.

2. I don't think the secretary sent that photo of In-a's affair to Mr. Noh as it doesn't really help her case. If In-a is fired, it wont change how VP feels and even if it changes and goes out with her, she will still have to hide affair as she has a lot to lose if she loses her job compared to In-a.
On the other hand, I agree on your second theory about this. I think VP or someone higher like the chairman has something on her or is threatening she would lose something, otherwise she would have just applied to another company as she is qualified for higher positions and has the experience to back it up.

3. I think Haemu Pharmaceuticals will come up between ep 9 - 10, so let's keep on waiting.

While everyone has been caught at the company, that's not to say that they would not have been caught out of the company or it would not apply if they were caught out of the company. If you remember, before GJ was transferred to team 3, he worked on case and used drones during his investigation, what was recorded didn't happen in the company but it was still used as evidence.
The ones who were caught in the affair just happened to be caught in the office, but the result would be the same even if they were caught outside.
The parking lot was more about eradicating the actions than judging the employees involved, it was more about the place of action, it just happens that the ones who were caught happened to be in an affair, so strict measures had to apply.

In conclusion, if an employee, whether at the office or out, does anything that might ruin the image of the company, the audit team has every right to investigate out of the office scope.

He has to follow her after work because if the rumor is true, then the affair with someone in the company wont just be happening during work hours, obviously.

Publishing the results would not really change anything because people love dramatic rumors, they would try to find a way just to continue spreading false information until a new big rumor/incident happens, that's why HR said you cover a rumor with another rumor. It wasn't wise to start the fight, but it's not like that fight would be enough to make them lose their positions or jobs, so the employees just enjoyed the drama of two directors that are known to hate each other, and instantly forgot about Mr. Moo's issue because, let's be real, what's more dramatic to the employees than seeing leaders in high positions fist fighting?
