You’ve noticed that Pei Shou Yi is in his late thirties or thereabouts, right?Shu Yi’s dad is really weird,…
I may have misunderstood the concept, but I think I’ve got a pretty decent idea of what kind of guy he is. He wants his performance to be authentic, no matter what it takes. And if it ever comes to doing drugs on set, who knows, maybe he will. I doubt that the crew will let him, though.
So Sam went to get breakfast for Shu Yi but somehow ended up on the roof of the building sitting on a bench looking…

Shu Yi’s dad is really weird, I agree. I wonder where they’re going with it.
Sam knows better what he’s doing. If you’re a method actor, you get drunk to play a drunk. But idk what the point was because he doesn’t really look drunk somehow?
What do you think his MBTI type is? I’m 99% positive he’s IxxJ. INFJ maybe? He doesn’t talk much and values…
Like I said, it’s all these things about not bothering people. xxxJs prioritise society over themselves and xxxPs prioritise their own values. I may be wrong, but that’s what I see... I thought Sam was INTJ at first because of his bluntness (Fi vs Fe), but he’s not that arrogant, he’s just no-nonsense. As an INTP he’d have Fe (at the very bottom of the function stack, though, so it may be underdeveloped) and Ti as his main function. So it’s not like he doesn’t care about other people’s feelings, he just doesn’t pay too much attention to feelings in general and sticks with logic.

I actually thought that Sam’s more likely to be INTx. If you’ve seen their insta live (14 feb if I’m not mistaken), he said ‘there won’t be any lives when the show ends because it’s just work’. I think that’s really blunt. Has Yu ever said anything like that? It seems like he doesn’t have any strong opinions about anything. I remember in another live he said something along the lines of ‘I don’t speak my mind because it doesn’t matter... and it helps to avoid noise/conflict’. INFJs hate conflict. Yu looked really scared when Sam asked ‘why do you think it doesn’t matter?’ as if he thought it’s obvious that conflict should be avoided! So, it could be a cultural thing (Japanese) and not really part of his personality, just something he’s used to. It’s hard to say.
Surprised to find out that she wrote both Bromance and History 3 Trapped and now WBL. She’s really good at treating her characters like human beings and not some talking clichés. WBL even had some philosophical undertones, which I greatly enjoyed.
