Good morning, folks! Just a quick update on our Bad Buddy Google Meet Conversations

We have 6 lovely besties (7 including me) potentially joining and discussing Bad Buddy Series in its entirety - our thoughts on episodes, remarkable scenes, what we would do better if we were at the helm, our feelings towards the characters, the actors and everything else.

I figure it's going to run for at least an hour, but as long as people want to keep talking, we'll continue with the session.

I haven't visited that page since the show premiered. Also, I have not watched since EP04. I have yet to find time.

We're probably more focused on things that matter to us here - what was great about BBS, what could have been better, how one would do it differently. We tend to disregard toll remarks. Most likely because we want to keep this a safe space for everyone.

True! I prefer to keep it within our small circle. The conversation would be much more interesting. Everybody gets the chance to speak. And no trolls.

I started a re-watch marathon today at 0300AM-London. It's now 1528-Lond and I'm on EP10.

Of course I couldn't play it continuously because meetings and work.

Today's ratio is 1:45 = 1 hours work:45 minutes of watching. If I could use a distraction, I play the episode whilst doing dev work.

Pretty fun but I'm getting close to the heavy bits. Either I pause now and continue tomorrow, or carry on finishing it till EP12.

Happy to do this for us. I couldn't check the responses since this afternoon cos I'm on the office laptop (all Google workspace apps blocked LOL).

But from this morning we have just about the same number as we had on Friday and Saturday sessions.

Enough to go round the room and let everyone speak.

NO, I'm not prepared for the onslaught of people potentially coming in.

Miriam will be the surrogate mom for PatPran's child/children. LOL

I still prefer he didn't knock and instead had his own set of keys and keycard. The surprise of him entering into the frame whilst on the phone would have killed us all.

You're going to love Thailand. Hua Hin is gorgeous but it's sort of a high ticket place. It's relatively close to Bangkok so it's more convenient to go to, if you're mostly staying in the capital city. Pattaya is also close (about two hours by GrabCar or by bus).

But the islands are to die for. And the mountains up north.

It will be worth the wait.

What I would give to have that condo unit.

I've never written anything after I turned 30. And I'm 42 now. My creative writing skills had gone down the drain. :-)

The other things besides the telly that I iwould have probably smashed if they went that direction. But the drama though would be like, "one for the road, let's give them a heart attack"

Also, I would have removed the knocking on Pat's condo's door. because it gave us the chance to hope and anticipate it was Pran. I would have had Pran holding duplicate keycard or set of keys to that place.

The screams would have been outrageous.

I'm guessing because movement around Thailand is limited during filming they won't go anywhere where they need to fly. So Hua Hin or Chon Buri (Pattaya). But Hua Hin should be it.
