Yes, Uk's biological father is Jang Kang. Uk's soul father is the late King. He has basically two fathers. When watching this drama, we realized Uk has a lot of similarities with his biological father, Jang Kang. Not at all with the late King. Because of his soul father or result of AoS, he was born with the King's star energy.
