It's after CP's birth, they (Jin Mu and Danju) only got to learn AoS and get ice stones thanks to Jang Kang (timeline after he got to soul-shift with late King) and 10-year-old Buyeon helped them find ice stones).
CP must be older than Uk and Buyeon (I suppose). Pretty sure CP is not a soul shifter's son.

I actually forgot about that rule = gender, age and build. Most soul-shiftings we've seen are totally different from it, except Naksu & Buyeon.
