Don't watch rise of the PHOENIXES if you are going in thinking of romance.. Its not a rom only series.. Although rom is one of the driving force for leads nd plot flow but it's in the background..The main driving force of the plot is MLS goal nd fl intertwined with him in his path..due to her past nd more. He fulfills both his and her wishes as she desired.. By end.
So according to story Objective the ending is good.

Then m the opposite 20 episodes weren't enough for me and even 30 episodes.. I still wish more for this new world..

Honestly I wasn't convinced by fls feeling towards ml in aasol.. I rate nothing but you higher than aasol.. Here fl convinced me eventually.. Regarding skinship.. There are kisses but at the last arcs as this is an age gap rom..with sports themed. Some kiss were also removed as this aired on TV in China..(fortunately during there first night the rom scenes are good enough but the bts scenes are even hotter) But here the romance process will feel natural to you.. How fl was reluctant to admit her feelings for ml.. Here the ml character is very different from the one in aasol here he's gifted talented yes but he faces various hardships in his path that's what makes the sports aspect here even better.. You should definitely try it.. Fl starts seeing ml as a man in ep8 without noticing than ep 12 then 13 nd so on the natural process of romance starts btw them.. But around ep 23 fl already admits that it needs to be ml and no one else.. For her... Although ml fell for her way back.. Hopefully you will skip the half sis of fl she's one of those char type I hate.. Even when she was improved later on I just couldn't so I skipped her individual scenes.. But i had to watch her scenes with leads..it also has some of the most amazing side characters in it both in friendship department nd parental figure
