Honestly all the forced pairing they tried to do except leads are all worst seriously.

I have watched upto Ep19 nd totally enjoyed it so far I just wished the production budget to be higher for this cuz the storyline is pretty good

Lol after literally 5 years I pick this up again (I once tried it back in 2018) and now watched continously upto ep 20 nd dropped it nd I already knew where it was headed but the amount of troupes I read in recaps used in later episodes I saw was ridiculous 🤣🤣🤣 the worst I have always hated is why the fuck they need to make mls best friend or sworn brother fall in love with the same woman ffsk why 🤷‍♀️nd possibly she was also about to marry the doc in second half before going after ml again 😂I guess this one is personally hated by me but this series has even more crazier shit in the second half amnesia, second marriage with the crazy bitch, miscarriages (yes not once more) nd so on
