In terms of Japanese side I am more of the manga nd anime side cuz they really have some interesting shit in all those..nd through those these live actions mostly are adapted

I have actually tried devil Beside you once years ago it reminded me of some Japanese Mangas from 2000s although I don't know or remember why I didn't finish it back then.
Thanks for recommending Hana yori dango nd I have tried various variants of it but I just couldn't get into it because of the fl 😅
I dropped kakafukaka lol almost when I was about to finish it nd was enjoying it but they really messed up last episodes of it.. My fav char was the Kuritani Akari.. Then ml but I couldn't like fl in last episodes nd the sml was trash nothing else
