the smile has left your eyes Korean version (Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi the og Japanese which is more darker in comparison to the smile has left your eyes Korean version but I will tell you to try both first Korean than Japanese. mind it Japanese version writing nd Korean version have different dynamics as Korean version focus more on the leads relationship while Japanese version focus more on the male leads character nd fl is just the part of what changes in him, the Japanese version is among my most fav bcoz the Korean version lacks in some aspects than jap one but still worth watching imo)

No there were only two souls rallister naksu(go Yoon Jung) and Jin seol ran who was pretending to be Jin bu Yeon/mudeok(jung so min) from birth and the third soul you talking about that was Jin bu Yeon originally died unborn inside Jin mama due to which seol ran took over the empty body , I gave the Jin seol ran explanation in my above first Comment in this thread, the body transformed into the original appearance of naksu as her mage energy was used to revive JBY/JSR/mudeok body (but flesh nd bloodline still remained same) by master Lee as he didn't plan to risk Jin seol rans power which will play role in the events in last episodes. Nd you are right about that eunuch getting revived by the ice stone, master Lee definitely did something similar but more efficient which led to change of the bodies appearance to the owner(naksu) of whose energy was used to revive And I apologize that I don't remember when I recommended you JOL But am glad to know you enjoyed joy of life I have waited so many years for season 2 finally it has finished filming now just we need to see when the release date gonna be

I have already tried this with the other two users in which I agree with one user, nd didn't with other you can read again about what I said about chemistry, I never said sfl wasn't a good pairing with ml what I said from the beginning of story the ml nd fl had much more experience of going through life together nd facing hardship nd sacrificing for each other nd etc etc to conclude it that it's valid that they only love each other despite there being another very good potential partner for ml, read the whole thread to understand why I started to argue regarding the ml fl ending up together don't forget to see the other top comments to whom I replied first, my first comment was to deny that not everyone had a sls here after watching this. After that the useless argument started

I will tell you roughly as it's a plot device used to transition the char back to her original appearance if you indulge deep into it, then it will get confusing some things can be looked over in a fantasy series to actually enjoy it, from what I remember from the events that happened in ep20 when Jin mu made mudeok go berserk by making her use the mage energy in her which petrified the jsm or bu Yeon or seol ran body which led to almost her death and from there on Jin hag retrieved the body back and with the aid of Master Lee as also he lied to Jin hag that only way to save Jin hag daughter back is to discard the soul of bu Yeon or seol ran nd only maintain the blood line of Jin family he will use a certain technique that's possible in hwansu level which is basically almost the same level as possessing ice stone in them like UK, as he used naksus soul/mage power to transform the petrified body back to normal (the flesh and blood are still JBY/MD/JSR) which led to the body getting transformed in the form of original naksu appearance over time, only the body features changed like say for example she got molded back again like Melting the clay and shaping it again due to this as naksus soul power got used up, now what actually remained was only bu Yeon/ seol rans priestess power ( remember master Lee's intentions were to do this all to get seol ran back to do her work to prevent the upcoming catastrophe so he used naksus power to fix her up nd hide the fact that buyeon/seol ran was still inside there. As seol ran prevented the catastrophe from happening her objective was complete so she didn't let naksu souls to be disappeared fully nd let her take over the body completely with now her having mostly the priestess divine abilities as her main assets, so that she can look over UK nd lead him always to the right path. By end I don't think naksu have much of her previous mage powers left in her only the priestess divine powers with some remnants of her mage energy.

Not an alternative ending I want it fits honestly but a sequel would have been good
