You should definitely watch joy of life highly recommended its fantasy genre that's my fav genre even though I don't usually watch dramas this long. It had similar settings as AOS different fantasy kingdoms, power levels, supernatural nd also the protagonist was also kept hidden for a long time similar as jang UK he had tragic events happened to him too since he was a child similar to jang UK

Actually I have watched lotrs upto ep 9 nd put it on hold I will finish it later on but so far I watched it definitely had similar vibes it has fantasy magic possession shamanism etc. You should give it a try

Idk maybe you don't like c dramas cuz they are too long believe me I also don't watch long dramas the most I have gone is 49 nd only two or three c dramas with 45+ eps I have watched cuz their are some c dramas even if they are long still very good I am not saying all but there are some and I don't agree with you in the aspect that all cdramas are not as good as k dramas. I have watched more k dramas than c dramas but their are still many c dramas out there which are as good as kdramas in some genres
