Yup, in the og ver they showed the graduation photos of all the students where ml was also there. And if you pay attention to the narration in Secret's scorebook, there are no rules that apply when going back in time. Unlike going to the future, you can only be seen by the first person you see. It explains that you have to play faster if you go back in time as Jeonga also said when she ‘go home’. About his father, he actually had a part why Yujun did that. His advice about 'love is timing' made Yujun dare to make that decision. Btw, I think you should put spoiler tag for your first comment
Yes, both versions, both ml left his father. But i think this version is more reasonable because there is Yujun's line 'i can live anywhere because i am a genius pianist', and he didn't just leave his father for no reason. He also saved Jeonga because he realized that Jeonga’s disappearance was because she went to the future when the building was destroyed that's why she disappeared from her mother said. From what I knew the piano's time travel to be invisible to others only applies if the player goes to the future.
Disappponted, I expected a lot for this movie, especially I like Minami Hamabe. I felt the plot was too abrupt and excessive. maybe if they gave more depth to the relationship of the MCs, it would’ve been better.
I cried more in this version than original tbh. probably, bcause I watched it in theater. For the music still can’t beat the Taiwanese version. This version is more detailed and the ending is a bit different than the original. I like Kotone’s acting, maybe it’s time for me to check out her other works!
predictable, the only thing I like in this movie is the scenery of the island.. it was supposed to be touching but I couldn't feel it, maybe because the overall execution a bit mediocre.. it could have been better tbh
