The nc scenes were so aesthetically pleasing. And the song they used in the very first scene was so good. I loved that they brought it back during the kissing scene too 😋 I would've given it a higher rating if they hadn't overdone the office drama. Still enjoyed it though 7.5/10.
It was incredibly frustrating. This was never the kind of story that needed to be stretched out for this long.
After watching the Season 1 finale, I honestly thought Season 2 would be more enjoyable, but I was completely wrong. For almost all 12 episodes, Minato acted like an asexual person forcing himself to be in a relationship with someone. Whether that was the writers' intention or not, that's exactly how it came across to me.
I honestly couldn't stand Minato most of the time. He was so frustrating to watch. Seeing him reject Shintaro every other minute was exhausting, and after a while, it just became embarrassing. Instead of creating romantic tension, it made their relationship feel repetitive and emotionally draining.
Shintaro was easily the best part of the show. I honestly don't know how I would've gotten through it without him.
I hated Kirino's mother so much that I'm dying of nerves. I get doubly annoyed when I see teenagers romanticizing Yanagida. And the series was really good for those who understood it, even though it was depressing
It is really great, i hate it when i watch an actor's series and then watch another one and see the same character he played in the first on. He does his job well.
