I think the reason many people liked it (including me ) is the fact that we dont get a female lead who screams all the time and is very stubborn in the name of being a "strong" person. It is quite the "calm" drama if we can call it so but for once the leads have this healthy relationships between them so it was really enjoyable (atleast for me )

Like I know I am weird and I always focus on caracters that I dont see others talk about a lot , like here my favourite was Yin Xia , but WHAT WAS THAT ENDING !!!! He didnt even end up meeting the emperor , and that dang emperor is out there romancing , ARGHHHH it started so well and finished soooo so bad should have stopped at 30 like everyone else (sorry this is quite the ranting comment )

In episode 38 I saw that he changed totally not even wanting to look at Na sheng and being suspicious of Su Mo when we know that the real Yan xi would never betray Su Mo, so what exactly happened ? Is someone else using Yan xi's body ?

For once most of the characters are mature and not naive in a drama , but that Na Sheng is really getting on my nerves she always gives the worst propositions and she sticks to Yan Xi all the time when I want to see him interact with other characters as well
