why does a little romance bother so many people? It doesn't have to take up the whole drama, it can just have…
I dont want ANY romance in my procedurals or crime dramas. If I wanted to watch romance, I would watch a romcom not a detective show. Also, just becuse there is a male character and a female character, they dont HAVE to be a couple. Why cant they just be normal colleagues, just like two male or two female characters would be (shipping aside, they dont make two male or two female colleagues into a couple, so I dont see why a male-female pair need to be).
Also, in 99% of cases the dynamics of the team change when m/f start dating (jealousy, possessiveness, hero taking stupid risks when heroine inevitably gets captured and heroine basically turning into an emotional damsel in distress).
The only show where I didn't mind the romance was Brooklyn 99 because of how organic it was and the characters didnt fundamentally change just because they got together.
The production team stated, "Kim Rae Won and Son Ho Jun's Jin Ho Gae and Bong Do Jin will ignite a fantastic chemistry that evolves into a deep relationship in Season 2,"

The villain is devil judge assassin. The heroes are trying to capture him.
I hear ya. I dont know why they cant keep romance to romcoms. I wouldn't mind a relationship if it was organic but this is like the writers cant have a male and female together on screen without turning them into a couple. And then turning the female, no matter how she was introduced into a pathetic damsel in distress.
Them getting together felt like a defeat where I was watching a manipulator win. I will never be on the same wavelength…
Yep. It's sad that people romantisize Mork and be like "it's fantasy, not reality" when you know damn well that even in reality there are people who actually behave this way and get away with it.
Thanks for saying all this. All this time it felt like I was screaming into the void about toxic and disturbing Mork is, so at least now I know I'm not crazy for saying it. I dropped it at ep 10 because I just couldnt see Pi ending up with asshole.
At this point, I am still rooting for Tai and Lomfon, only because Patt and Tien deserve much better than them
I dont mind Lomfon being an idiot. He is 20, we all were idiots at 20. But I dont want him and Tien to get together at the last moment as a consolation. Tien DESERVES to be courted like a king he is.
I am very much hoping for an open ending for their couple where Tein says "definitely maybe" to him and possibly a second season only for that couple.
Giving this week a miss so I can watch the last two episodes togwther and just get over it. The show was pretty decent until last week, now I just want freedom for Tien and Patt
Moving on... Is Lomfon planning a public confession in front of the entire class using the assignment about love…
If Lomfon does end up doing a public confession I really hope they make get rejected in public and Tien publicly tells him to go touch grass for hitting on him after breaking up his brother's relationship.
That's interesting. Because I was wondering why a Chinese production company would even bother remaking a show…
Same. I was under the impression that it was a Thai adaptation, so when I saw "China" in the tags I was what company grew steel balls to re-adapt a flagged drama. Thankfully, it is not a mainland production and hopefully we get a full adaptation this time.

This is from today's post lmao
Lmao, bring on the gay.
