To be fair, since last year, Youku has started filming shorter-episode dramas. I think the 32-episode count may only be for documentation purposes when they applied for filing with the NRTA. The actual drama might have only been filmed for 24 episodes. Other networks do the same thing as well.
I also don’t think it’s actually a 32-episode drama, considering that filming only lasted from around September 5, 2025, to November 26, 2025. That’s about 83 days, so 24 episodes seems more reasonable to me.
Also, regarding the scenes that we’ve seen everywhere but didn’t appear in the drama, it’s likely that they actually filmed those scenes but had to remove them because of Censorship rules . So those scenes may have been part of the original footage but were ultimately cut from the final version.

All the dramas mentioned during the conference have already been aired on CCTV, with some of them having already aired. I can't find the list now since the conference was a long time ago, but Irreplaceable will be aired on CCTV.
