Is Douban really accurate or not? Can someone here verify?

I always check Douban for ratings, and I also check the drama release status. For example, they listed Legend of the Female General for a January release, but it didn’t air that month. The Journey of Legend was listed for June but didn’t release. Love’s Ambition was also listed for June but didn’t release, Hidden Shadow was listed for May but still hasn’t released. They also previously listed Moonlit Reunion for a May release, but that didn’t happen either. There are many more dramas like this that didn’t air as scheduled.

Is Douban really accurate, or are they just posting rumors? Because I’ve seen someone here say that Douban is accurate.

Look at how many historical dramas from Youku are still unreleased, and some historical dramas are currently filming or about to start filming.

If this drama is produced by their own production company, Alibaba Pictures (which is owned by Alibaba, the parent company of Youku), it will most likely be released faster.

I saw some post on Weibo, "Love In The Clouds" is rumor to be released in winter season.

Don't believe it's a rumor at all, many bloggers on weibo already denied the rumors.

Douban and Baidu is not a 100% reliable source; only Youku can officially announce the release date.

Yeah, also still not possible to air since this drama will be broadcast simultaneously on two satellite TV channels—Dragon TV and Beijing TV. Right now, the first prime time slot at 7:30 PM China time is already taken by another currently airing historical drama on Youku, so yeah, it can't be released tomorrow.

Also, the Vietnamese streaming platform got the notice late that it won’t be released on the 22nd, so they had already edited the date on their app—now May 22 doesn’t appear anymore. This rumor started from a mistake made by another international streaming platform.
