Because it is only second episode, can't say for sure yet. Put of course Porsche would have been kicked out or shot dead, but I think it was already shown that there is a reason they haven't done that. I can only say that it will be clear in future episodes even though I don't see to the future.
The viewer is meant to question why Porsche is still kept there, because everyone is saying he should not be there. I am sure that the story unfolds later anyway.
