I would say this was a great drama. The directing was phenomenal. However, I feel like they started being sloppy towards the end as the directing wasn't as good as the beginning and the story itself got predictable.
I didn't like the ending much as Lee Tang continued his work, which seems unrealistic to me. Thats just my opinion though.
Overall, it was great. Loved how it makes you think about whats wrong and what isn't.

i genuinely thought he was a super skilled rookie actor because he looks so young (and i havent seen his other shows)

the first few episodes are boring but this is a very nice kdrama imo. i haven't watched kdramas in a while but this is definitely a great kdrama, 2521 vibes.

This is sort of late, but I think he never woke up. He got shot in the head and hit by a car. Unless his skull is made of steel, I think he died. He also didn't feel anything when he "Woke up" from the coma. So he probably died or was brain dead from the moment he got into the accident.

No, I think there will be no second season. A second season based on catching Hyun Seok would be completely unnecessary and VERY different from this season.

I think Tae Joo is either brain dead, or just dead. There are many interpretations. Perhaps he never woke up. Maybe he died from the first accident. Maybe he did wake up , and then commit suicide, I think he probably became brain dead from the first accident in 2018. Everything else that happens is purely his imagination.

I think the majority of people do think about what they're wearing on a date. If someone wears a specific type of outfit it does tell what sort of personality they have or how much they're comfortable with. Atleast in countries where old views are still prominent.

i dropped this because i was so sad for the second lead.. maybe I'll try watching it again? I really loved everything else about the series

Yea you're right. Telling someone to die is never fine tbh, especially someone this young. Hopefully she's able to look past those comments and live a good life.

yea people should stop hating on her now, but the criticism she has received is not unfair. People don't understand what they did wrong until they are harmed by it. Of course, she's suffered enough and she's only 21.

you're right that its unfair how he wasn't punished properly. However it was completely possible for Kim Sae Ron to do the same thing. She could've killed a person due to her recklessness. That's why it's important for her to face some heat. Hopefully she learns from her mistakes, but she deserves this much. She'll probably recover from this.

i read a bit of the webtoon, like 1 episode actually. And its COMPLETELY different from the series. From the personalities of the characters to what they their jobs are.

i personally didn't find it to be on the same level as parasite. i had high expectations which were crushed

I think that the point is that the police in this drama is shit. Thats one of the main points. In my opinion, that's something metaphorical. Despite knowing that something terrible is going on/ will happen, they often turn a blind eye to it. In the past, we've seen how the police in this series does NOT care to investigate things. Even when they thought that Jong Woo might've killed them, they didn't care. I think Jong Woo is too far gone to be able to go back. He was always like this, if you recall. He had beaten up some people in the army. I think rather than being the next Moon Jo, he's working with Moon Jo. Moon Jo definitely wants to be in control.
