I was never a fan of j-dramas since I had never really given it a chance and honestly, I always thought j-dramas have such bad acting however watching this drama gave me a new light on the j-drama world.

This drama has literally everything I can ask for in a basic drama. Cute fluff scenes, hard-hitting crying moments, and moments you just want to pull your hair out because of 2nd hand embarrassment. First of all the storyline is perfect for a basic cute drama. It doesn't involve too many problems which I enjoy and the 2nd leads don't involve themselves in the main lead's life as much as I thought they would (which is a good thing for me). I read the shojo manga before I stumbled upon the drama so I didn't have high expectations but after watching

The acting was good and think they chose great actors and actresses while bassing it off the manga. All the character's troubles made me sympathize with each and every one of them. Not to mention I think I've fallen for Sato. He played the role too well.

Although this is a medical drama it's not very accurate but I don't really mind as much cause I went into this drama for the romance.

If you want to start a Japanese drama I think this is probably the best one especially if you're into more romance and fluff stuff.

Yi-hyun's Fans are Immature

I've watched season 1 and personally, so far I do think this season is way better as it doesn't make me feel bad every few seconds. But my point of writing this review is not to talk about the show as a whole but about fans reaction to Yi-Hyun's departure. Lots of people are saying things like "Watch the ratings drop", "I only watched the show for YH" ect but believe me your girl is not the main character you think she is. The show was a big success during season 1 so it doesn't make sense the viewership ratings would drop because some girl couldn’t stick with the rules. It's pretty obvious the reason she was dropped was cause a production crew would not kick her out due to a small matter. What did she get dropped out for? She has a boyfriend already and only appeared on the show to get recognition. It's a fact for sure as that's the only big and only reason someone would get dropped out from a show like this. If the PDs kept her she would only hurt the other members and the staff's hard work. A lot of the fans need to stop acting so butthurt about the fact she left. It was her fault she lied.
