As much as I hate to say this, Court Lady was Xu Kai's worst drama. I don't hate any of the leads. But the story was a drag. I am a big fan of Xu Kai and his acting was as always wonderful. The female lead was pretty good but she could improve her acting skills. The main problem was the story. I had watched 'Dance of the Sky Empire' previously and was really having high expectations. I am writing this review after watching 'Falling into your Smile'. When I compare the two, I should say that 'Falling into your Smile' is a million times better. All this, of course, are only my personal opinions. I would continue supporting Xu Kai and hope for better dramas in the future.
