Can you tell me why the name of the drama is red cuff of the sleeve? I'm asking bcoz I'm not familiar with korean history.

I am not a fan of historical dramas because they are kinda slow but I'm into romance and I like the drama when the chemistry between the leads is really good and there romance looks genuine. Are these elements there in this drama? Should I watch this one?

The ending reminded me of SAVE ME the way that cult thing still continued after so much happened.

Lots of blood splatters on their faces...it's horrible!
