As much as I like the actor, i feel like Yeon woo jin was not the right choice for the role of the ultimate villain. Even after his true motives were revealed and he openly became the bad guy he still isn't giving the villain aura.
She is the only one cared enough to get him his cap he was searching for, even though she saw him as a work rival…
I get ur point but how do I explain this? Let's say their feelings for each other didn't leave much impression on me. Anyways Avin at least you are countering my comment with drama related points otherwise people above are making personal attacks just because I said something negative about a drama starring their fav idol ( and I wasn't even bashing the idol but the writing).
It's a good drama. It gives you what u would expect from a romcom. Has some flaws. Just keep in mind that it is designed mainly to appeal to the female gaze and their romantic fantasies.
I honestly couldn't understand when and why he liked her....the emotional depth just wasn't there ( him crying…
It's just that his previous drama was Twelve which was a disaster then he did this where he was more like a supporting character😭 but yeah let's hope he gets to do more versatile roles in his future projects ❤️

I know he was charmed i know he liked her. That was evident. What I'm talking about is he never showed that he was madly in love with her to suddenly get so emotional. The romance here could have been done better.
Now coming to your "you are just not sensitive enough" comment. Do you know me? I don't get what my sensitivity has got to do with the writing which clearly has room for improvement. But if making personal comments makes you happy then keep going i guess

First of all it was not really a bad breakup. They broke up because they both grew out of their younger selves and FL took some time to acknowledge that.
"FL was puzzled too and wonder if ML face is so common to be copied by ai. It's unintentional and that's how fictions go."
What are you talking about? I never criticized mirae or the actress playing the role for this whole look alike plot point. My issue was with the writing i have even given a suggestion (you can read it again). And please stop using "it's fiction" as a way to justify flaws. Just because something is fictional doesn't mean it's beyond criticism. Like I said before it's not a bad a drama but I found some issues and wanted to point out.
Also I'm sorry but when someone has only one or two dramas listed in their profile they kinda lose credibility here and come across as idol fan account or bot account (former in your case I guess). Still i hope you can learn to accept criticism even if it's about a drama starring your fav idol.
Nobody saying that. rather people are talking about their chemistry.
I'm talking about the drama not people's opinion about it. And I don't form an opinion based on what other people are talking about. I write what i feel as simple as that
Overall it was a decent drama Im just disappointed that Seo In Guk chose this role. The character was written so blandly that it restricted his acting and made him look like a mediocre actor which we all know he isn't. 8/10
The drama also subtly tried to paint her ex as the bad guy. She never said it directly but the implication was definitely there. Tbh I don't really agree with it. He felt like a decent guy and the breakup felt quite natural rather than it being a result of him doing something wrong.
It was a decent drama. Not bad but nothing great either. It had some funny moments and jisoo perfomed well too…
I honestly couldn't understand when and why he liked her....the emotional depth just wasn't there ( him crying in that one scene felt out of place). My biggest question is why did seo in guk chose to be in this? It's not that the drama was bad but it didn't really match his calibre. This drama was more like Mirae and her harem while the ml barely had any screen time in the first half. On top of that his character was really bland and lacked any depth. I was also surprised when mirae said he was the one she had been in love with all along. Her reason for rejecting him was also kind of shallow.
The most unbelievable part was her custom ai boyfriend being a look alike of ml. Because when she was using the device she disliked him so how did is ideal bf had the exact same look? They should have added some logical explanation for this. For example they could have made that guy who asked mirae to test it... approach ml as well and ask him if he could use his facial features for the virtual bfs. That would have made more sense than all of it being just a coincidence or whatever it was.
It was a decent drama. Not bad but nothing great either. It had some funny moments and jisoo perfomed well too better than her previous dramas actually. But I feel like people are focusing way too much on jisoo's performance which has basically turned this comment section into a fan war. There are actually many other issues with this drama that deserve discussion.
First episode really got me hooked. This is exactly the type of teenage romance i love . Two ordinary people getting through life day by day, both dreaming of a stable future, going through similar hardships therefore finding solace in each other and slowly falling in love. Everything felt gradual and natural❤️

Just a heads up for ppl who are planning to start this. There's no romance like literally zero romance
8/10
