Ok so from my point of view, I feel like phoom bit Patrick on the neck but Patrick doesn’t want him to know…
You have an interesting theory. For me, i think that Patrick is a vampire and Poom either bit him or Patrick is using his own blood to make those drinks he gave them.
and then the next scene also showed us him treating yak's shoulder despite being a clear violation of ethical…
You'll be surprised that there are countries that don't really care and there are no set rules about whether Doctors date their current patient or not, or whether a professor/lecturer/teacher dates their students.🤦♀️ It's an infestation that should be checked.

💯. I kind of edited my response before I saw this response. I also mentioned it above that having sexual relations or dating a patient is very questionable and is not allowed in many countries. I'm not sure about Thailand though.

I think Yak is still a patient and he does come around officially for physiotherapy. Maybe he came arouhd on that day for his appointment and then he also visited the child due to being a boxer celebrity that they've wanted to meet.
But then, this would create another question. For example,
1) if Yak is still a patient, how is he in a sexual relationship with his patient? Doesn't that breach their code of conduct or does it work differently over there? There's power imbalance between a healthcare professional and their patient. This is why it's not allowed. 2) If Yak is no longer a patient, I guess, him entering Dee's office for Physiotherapy would be seen as a visit from a lover, but then, how come Dee still has Yak's case note with him when he's no longer a patient? This conduct will only create more problems.
The problem isn't that there is no logic. The problem is that there are questions that aren't immediately answered and we have to wait to find out.

No, you didnt.
You're very smart. I haven't thought of this.
Dr Ter might use this against Dee to have an edge over him.
OMG! Why did Dee forget their ethics of conduct?😹😹
Seem stupid to me because I would never risk my career this way😹

The button just happened to appear out of thin air as he was about to be captured?😹
Could Patrick be using his own blood to make those drink?
