Might not be an omegaverse. Is omegaverse the only verse that has alphas? They haven't made mention of betas or omegas either. It might just be a human and alpha verse. Every writer can create their own universe depending on what they want.

I've binged various BL series in the last two days - some serving up spicy scenes and others just flirting with our hearts. But 'Last Twilight' had me going for a double take!// Variety is the spice of life. I'm glad no other show is like Last Twilight at the moment. That way, no one will start comparing or pitting shows against each other, but would instead just sit and enjoy it. Last Twilight is serving me the romance and emotional story, Playboyy is serving the fun and games while Pitbabe is serving sizzling hotness and power tuggle. Gangster Oppa is serving cuteness and absolute Zero-time travelling VS nostalgia. Now, I just need "The Sign" to start.

Please, if you love this series, rate it highly. Don't wait for the show to finish airing before rating it. MDL ratings piss me off sometimes.

Now that people have gotten over the shock of how hot the leads are, and the omegaverse thing, can we talk about the race?
It bothers me that somehow Babe is considered the King of the Pit when he clearly has an unfair advantage over the other contestants. He's an alpha with heightened senses. Here, it implies that he heavily relies on them before every race because he always need to "concentrate " with another alpha before going to race. It's unfair in my opinion and what would be fair is he turning off his supernatural senses and competing without them just like a human would. If he does that, I'll be convinced that he's a good racer.

That's fair. The omergaverse thing is actually very minimal. Plus, they didn't confirm that it's actually an omegaverse. I wonder if Omegas even exist in their world. So, just take it as watching a vampire or werewolf fiction or something, because I think the show won't really focus on that.

Loll. When I watched Charlie in action during the scene where he wore an apron. Bruhhhhh..... I felt really sorry for Babe.. The actor who played charlie is a good actor. He managed to play that role without sounding too whiny or annoying.

Well, omegaverse is weird and I never really liked it, but If done right, it can be interesting.
Don't be weirded out by this because both leads are alphas, which means even in that world, this is similar to the usual gay or mXm relationship in our own world. The only difference would be the supernatural abilities like heightened senses which humans might not exactly have.

Everything about it is amazing.. I'm glad the actors are proving me right by doing justice to the script. The way they portray their characters is amazing.. I can see the massive growth they've had since VV.
The first two eps are simply beautiful and I enjoyed them immensely. I hope the rest eps won't be disappointing.

Charlie is cute as hell. I don't think I'll be able to resist him if I were babe. But I knew something was off with Charlie the moment he stepped into the scene.
The question is, does he have some kind of grudge against babe or is he just a henchman sent to spy on babe? He smirked during the last scene when he starred down at Babe from upstairs....

Also, the omergaverse plot is a surprise. Since I've never been a fan of it, it's quite interesting seeing it depicted in a live adaptation. Babe seem strong and dominant. I presume he is an alpha, but Charlie, I wonder if he is actually an alpha (or maybe a beta or omega) or if he lied to babe.. If Charlie is actually an alpha but he doesn't have the smell, then it means he came prepared by taking blockers or suppressants to mask his alpha pheromones.
I'm excited for ep 2.

I'm just signing in contentment. Between Pitbabe, Playboyy and Last Twilight, I'm the happiest loner on earth. I just need "The Sign" to start airing next week, then I will comfortably go into hibernation and come out after winter.
