I remember watching this as a kid! SO crazy how time has passed and all these actors still are very active in films/dramas.

YSY is very underrated for such a talented actor! He is hilarious in comedic roles and should take on more of those roles.

Lee Jang Hyun, you are the best male lead I have watched in 2023. Beautiful performance by Namkoong Min. I'll never forget his voice and the way he looks at his dearest.

Maybe he wants to expand his acting resume by taking this role. He doesn't look that bad in costume dramas, he looked very cool in Tientsin Mystic and became famous because of that drama before he hit jackpot with GGS. I also thought his styling in Sword Dynasty would be good, IF they didn't try to turn a man into a boy. lol Otherwise, LX has a very slender figure and suits the clothing, its the hair I worry about. I trust YZ and LX will help each other find their characters in this drama. They did it with GGS, we will see if they can recreate something new with this one.

I love love BP season 1, but I wish they took a different approach to storytelling and found new actors to play the new character leads. Its so bizarre how son falls in love with someone who looks exactly like his mother. LOL And female lead falls in love with someone who looks exactly like her future brother in law and father in law. This could of been Thailand's Bridgerton, damn it.

Visiting this page again because Li Xian and Yang Zi are reuniting this December for a new drama. Preparing my excitement for the return of GGS leads. :)

Do they both play two roles in this? Based on the plot above, YZ is both He Wei Fang/Mu Dan and LX is Jiang Chang Yang/Hua Wu Shi...right?
