exactly, the only kdramas I liked this year were WLGYT & Resident Playbook whereas there's a long list of cdramas which hooked me-

You're so right about this I'm currently watching Shadow Love, it is sm better than whatever crap this drama is. The Female General there is actually befitting of her position and behaves like one. Even the chemistry between the leads is much better in Shadow Love. But here I'm cringing watching the FL what kind of legend is this ?? Truly overrated in every sense.
