i agree that it is strange not to tell family members. as for it being difficult to believe that her family wouldn't find out about it at some point, I actually think it could be possible. After all, she was in another country and I doubt her family and friends visited her in person that frequently so i think it may be pretty easy to hide possibly. As for why she may have hidden it, that is something that may have to be just revealed later to get a better picture. All I can think of is something psychological/mental?

thabk you for your long post defending her. just wanted to addon that the psychology of not wanting her loved ones to truly know and being secretive with what's going on with her is probably due to having the pressure to succeed since young especially when feeling the need to pick up the slack with her Shameless younger brother

It does bother me as well but it kinda fits the vibe of the male lead though. If you work with ghosts for a living who knows how much sleep he gets because we see him active during day time as well and especially the anxiety of knowing that your deathday is coming soon takes a toll on you physically, mentally, and even emotionally

I believe he already knows in ep 8. Even though Jihan didn't directly confront his brother, just by his change of action already hints that. Additionally it was also mentioned in the conversation between Ahjung and Dohan that Dohan's ex told someone that he was gay. Further into the episode after the fight between the brothers, we hear Dohan say "he found out" or something along those lines.
