You know there are places called schools and colleges right? Where students go to actually learn basics of acting, directing and so many other forms of art. YOU are the one throwing up a fit on a small opinion in a comment section lmfao. There IS an objective standard of skill required in acting. If you cant accept that, dont. Move on! Ofc people who like the show and the actors(like you) will point out flaws in others, don't make my opinions any less valid.

If the actors don't have skills, they don't deserve the roles. There are hundreds of great actors out there who would do a much better job. More than a craft, its a skill which needs to be practiced and learnt. Its not entitlement to want to enjoy good shows, its entitlement to want people to definitely enjoy the shows you do, and then whine if they have any critiques.

Is bad acting not bad acting? "Intentional character design" doesn't negate bad acting. There are plenty of ways to play a detective/supernatural person and not make it seem like they dont know what they are doing. I get that you want to defend what you like lol but lets be real.

I want to watch good performances in shows, not wait for actors to get good before i can enjoy anything. The story is very disjointed and frankly not very great regardless of the genre. I understand how some people enjoy it tho!

Gave it 4 episodes but i cant get over the acting. Between James feeling very unnatural and ken's actor always squinting his eyes in every scene, actors don't really give a believable performance imo. It might just be me , idk. Not to mention the story's pace is very weird and there is a discontinuity after every episode.

Exactlyy, he was so sweet and supportive of her. If there was no arranged marriage w morio, they would've hit it off and been together. I really wished she moved on before the husband came back but the writers didnt make that happen :(

ML doesn't even care to refute others and support her in front of others. No one would like a friend like that. This show should be about how he overcomes his inferiority complex, rather its about how he wins after defeating the genius. The genius who by the way is better at math than everyone there and can defeat them easily.

Except none of them were smarter than her. According to the drama's own setup, she should've won easily. But she didnt because writers always want their mc's to be taught a lesson, so the romance can begin.

If the girl is the genius, ofc the writers will push her down and bring her down to the bottom to correct her "self righteousness". Shen Fuxuan being the only character who supports her, like him way better than the ML we are supposed to root for. Also what the need for all that AI, would've preferred a simple city landscape for intro instead of how artifical everything looked.

I had a feeling this was gonna happen when they showed the white sheets right after QT's scene in ep 12. I still held out some hope during his conversation with wenshu but it was for nothing. Such a shame.
