She gets casted because she's a much better actress than other idol actresses who depend on face and beauty filters imho. She just gets annoying scripts for period dramas.

i liked the SFL's story at first and thought their storyline would be interesting but it was fully botched with her running away and right into military. The whole military plotline is overdone and pretty nonsensical. The main couple are much more fun and interesting to watch, and they have great chemistry.. And the teacher's wife? Basically a useless plot, there should've been no focus on that at all. Both of them are awkward and not believable

I think the teacher helped a lot of them go undetected since the electric guy became a driver rather than an agent when the father was an agent too. With just 3 eps left i think they'll stop it at this big fight against the nk gifted people. Theres not much else they can cram.

ep 16 frustrated me, why was need for such a lengthy backdrop that could've been shown in 10 minutes

Imo its kinda true tho. I've tried to watch so many of his dramas and only liked 1 or 2 old ones, others i dropped only cos of the bad storylines and characters. His acting is fine, the scripts mess it up for him.

The simplicity in direction and cinematography is what i enjoy in og one. It has an old charm i like. And the casting? Thats just a preference. If we go by acting i dont think anyone wins against greg hsu imo.

I think this version loses a lot of heart, complexity and conflicted feelings of main and side character(the ones main ones take the place of). Its still a good watch for anyone who hasn't watched the og one tho.

I really really miss last dance, miss you 3000, its own intro ost, it just made the drama what it is. When ziwei looked at her so fondly, and the songs started to play, i dont think anything else can give me that feeling lol

Sorry but that point of view is creepy. Age of consent being lower doesn't make everything okay. And its not a cultural difference either. Its just ethically very very ambiguous and not a good look at all. A teenager in high school basically dating an adult who could already be going to work like thats a huge difference.

The backstory was the best part. I would've liked to watch 20 episodes of just that. Love how the short duration eliminated any useless scenes which drag out dramas. Everything was well thought out.

There was nothing to suggest he heard them.Thats just your conclusion based on what you want it to be. Why should he protect a now wealthy woman of status rather than the servant who'd lose all her livelihood.

So should he lie and get the servant kicked out of her source of livelihood? Jom did say that he didn't know what they were meeting for, only that he saw her with a man. I do agree maybe his intentions werent in the right, but i still think it was the right thing to do, even more so when he didnt know what consequences kaew would face.

You're acting like people cant have different personalities. Not everything needs to be rooted in stereotypes, meek people exist. Passive people exist. It doesn't make them not "men", and it doesnt make them an uke. You can criticise characters without saying shitty things like this yk.

Just as people liked the drama, there were critics too. The only reason he had this drama was because of the "solid" fanbase. If that becomes his only reason for bagging dramas, he will never be respected as an authentic actor in the industry. Everyone works hard, small time actors work 10x hard too, and with 100x better skills. He doesn't have the skills right now, but he can surely improve a lot. Though, looking at yall giving him a pass, its unlikely he will be ever motivated to do better.
