Really they have that much time to argue on such thing? See every country has an image around the world. That image can be anything may be goof or bad. I am talking about my country India also. Around the world India had an image which have bot good and bad things. For example in there is a state in India called "BIHAR" . So in Indian movies mainly they show people living in BIHAR illiterate or they don't talk nicely or all cities in Bihar are small which is not entirely true. This image was made long years back but everything is changed now. So may be yes the makers showed that scene on the basis of rumors or may be what Africa was portrayed long years back. Makers are wrong I agree. Many other countries also think that India is occupying Kashmir with force but Kashmir was always a part of India only. If you will let another country invade our country then may be in future they will try to occupy other regions also.
So may be India has made image around the world because of rumors spread by other leaders or media . So what can we do . I mean we cannot go and bash each and every person. If Africa has any problem with how the country was portrayed then they will take action.
And see we don't know in this drama what is the connection between male and female lead from past. I feel the way they address each others name it seems they were really close. That he must have tried to mock her but i feel he wouldn't have taken his entire pants down even if the other person wouldn't have stopped him. Female lead doesn't feel bad then why are we feeling bad. His anger was funny but he was not really angry on her .Otherwise the character of female lead is strong . If she would have felt bad she would have told him. It was not a traumatic experience for her.

i have watched legally romance and love it a lot but this drama is clearly not dream or coma scene i feel through this drama they are trying to show that hell and heaven exist in this same world only and person who do bad gets the lesson in this world only and grim reapers make sure to show hell to bad ones in this world only.
you must have heard what the grim reaper tells the male lead in the terrace that let us show choe tae sab(antagonist) that hell exists in this world only. So i feel the antagonist is like a demon who is not scared of anyone. so they want to teach him a lesson
He is just like "RAVANA" of Hindu Mythology who thinks so highly of himself. If u have noticed the antagonist in this life he was not even so much affected by his son's death
Also, i think The grim reaper chose male lead to avenge him because he was a righteous person they knew he will die but not give up like in the previous life when he was fighting the villain in the black suit , the villain was telling him to give up but he didn't do it instead he fought him till the end and he has a strong mantel capacity like in previous life even if his parents died he completed his studies and became righteous prosecutor so that's why they would have chosen him that this time lets give him proper guidance and pre-planning to bring antagonist down because the antantagonist was so... strong that no one around him was able to bring him down.
this male lead is also in "about is love" as the second lead and I have seen that he is really good in romantic scenes in that drama only when he was romancing with a girl elder to him with that cut face so that's why chemistry is also good in this drama. This drama was similar to 2000s rom-com that's why people liked it including me because after many years a rom-com drama was released which filled our stressful daily lives with some comedy when it was on air. That's why this drama has high ratings. if u are looking for some fresh concepts u can watch other dramas. everyone's taste is different

Actually that is the problem episodes are too long. I guess i also skipped after 34-35 episodes because i was curious about when will defne tell him the truth. so truth gets revealed about her lies in ep 51-52 only and after that i haven't skipped any episodes
but although episodes are long but defne-omer's scenes are fun to watch in every episode. i think what u can do is u can skip other people scenes from ep 25- 24 and only watch defne-omer scenes but if u are patient then u can watch entire drama because every character is good in this drama . when i skipped after 35 episodes and completed the drama then i realised that their were many scenes which i missed from 35-51 episodes. so i watched the clips of them later on youtube.The problem was she was not able to tell the truth to him for really long time and that made me little irritated like how it happened in "pyar lafzo mein kahan". Hayat and murat gets married and on that day only Murat gets to know her real identity and Hayat took a lot of time before revealing him the truth. same thing happens in this drama also and after Murat knows the truth then slowly they patch up and again romance starts . same thing happen in this drama also. I feel this drama is similar to "pyar lafzon mein kahan" in many aspect. Same family-friend bonding, same type of comic characters, same type of story, same sizzling chemistry . everything and Defne and omer become more beautiful and handsome with every episode 😅🤣

Yes i think writers made it like that because if they would have shown li chong wen and quen Wei's past story or their chemistry then may be people woul have started like this couple more so writer felt this was unnecessary to show so...much chemistry between them
