i remember in "the devil judge" they killed the female police officer which was heartbreaking for me and also devil judge's assistant was killed I hope they don't do such a thing in this drama

apart from the death I really really liked devil judge its highly recommended

yes in beggining of episode 12 hae woo brings flower to the grave and grim reaper also. whose grave was that was it of chairman who died? but he already visited in mourning ceremony then why will grim reaper and hae woo visit a grave? was it a scene which will come in episode 15-16?
