I think it is a different person but in drama you will see it is Tan tia jin's face only.

Actually Devil God does a favour to Tan tia jin's mother and her tribe and instead he wanted a child as sacrifice so that the child becomes next devil God , so Tan tia jin's face is similar to that devil
