Maybe there is reference from the Monkey King. the monk is very useless and need monkey king to protect him all the time. but He is wise ,calm and can control the demons (IMHO)

I think.. its just make him weaker in fight... because ZYZ able to heal his body so when he is blind its easy to heal it. so making his 5 senses dull maybe means ZYZ is weaker and more easy to kill

In the last episode, WX actually asking ZYZ about the effect of the injured 4 senses and he said he is a great demon so its not a big deal and WX believe it. Well.. nobody is a great demon so nobody know how ZYZ's body is.. if he said is not a big deal ... I think anyone will believe it.

in last episode ,WX ask ZYZ and he said that he is fine and not to worry about him... so I guess he is fine. Nobody know how great demon body's is so if ZYZ said he is fine, WX will believe it. I guess because he is great demon maybe it only affect him a little.. maybe

Why C-net hate FOF so much? the Douban rating is 4.9 out of 10. Isn't it too much hatred?? I don't understand.. Yes at first it is very slow-paced drama but now is getting better... nit only better but V.good IMHO .
