MY THEORY ABOUT YU QIAN QIAN BACKGROUND this maybe a spoiler, but the main script doesn't talk about this and her story remains open, there are only hints. so I'm just writing it in case you didn't notice (P.S. I watched the leaked eps)
She came from future. Her character is very mysterious and there is a lot left to be revealed about her background. I would like to prove
1) at the very beginning she talks to her son about cavities (no one will know about it, she used to tell her son to eat less sweets or else he will get cavities in his teeth, and when her son tells it to Fan Chang Yu's sister, she has no idea what it is.
2) she knows about CPR, she saves Qi Min with it, and when the Gongsun (and he was quite educated) finds out, he also doesn't know what method it is that saves lives (later he uses that method to save princesses.
3) and in the third and last episode, Qi Min asks Qian Qian who is she and says that he wants to know her secret before he dies, but she simply says that she is Qian Qian, but when she comes out of the prison cell and meets Fan Chang Yu, she says that she has come from a very far place and can't go back.
well I really didn't know that the show was leaked 🫠 I had some thoughts I wanted to share, but since it's not officially out yet, as I just found out, I deleted anything that might bother people who haven't finished the series.

Ummm well Actually I did it just because someone said so, and secondly these are my thoughts which the director and the screenwriter don't reveal that thought in show in more detailed way and only give the hints that I wrote. and in my opinion this is not a spoiler because even after watching the hole show some may not even notice
