WHAT ABOUT DECENT ENG SUBS AND TRANSLATING THE TONS OF TEXTS FOR US? THE IDOL AND ROMANCE CHANNEL IS ONE OF THE WORST AND YET THEY WANT YOU TO PAY MEMBERSHIP TO VIEW THE DRAMA. IT'S INCOHERENT AND SO HORRIBLE THAT I CAN'T UNDERSTAND SQUAT AND I HAVEN'T ENJOYED EPS 15 AND ON. I WISH SOMEONE ELSE WOULD DO THE ENG SUBS!!!!

Oh what I meant about the bra strap incident is that yes it was scripted but that it was not meant to be intentional in the script, and that in the script it had him embarrassed over what happened. I thought it was too funny and yes he was cute in his reaction.
I also am bewildered that I watch so many dramas where the ML or even SL grabs the woman's arm and throws her up against the wall or on the bed, and force kisses her and I never hear any b****ing about that! smh And that is practically most of them. So my thoughts are these are planted trolls to make ZH look bad for whatever reason. I'm on Ep 9 and I can't wait for more Eps.
Oh and one more thing, in Sunshine Of Your Life, ZH is one of the best kissers I've seen on dramas and I am so hoping he lives up to that in this one. LOL Yes plz.

I have seen way worse. That's CDramas for ya. Let's break this down: Have you ever been in a room full of men? Especially one where they've been drinking? smh lol They get pretty raunchy. Women can get way raunchier. Listen, this is real life. It can be considered a journey through the psychosis of the over 30 year old single man. I find many parts interesting, coming from a male perspective. I found the bra strap snap hilarious because it was accidental and he looked so embarrassed afterwards. BUT I know that is MY opinion and not yours. Anyway, I can't help grinning because of the stuff I've been through and seen and experienced and this is tame. Let me tell ya, I am watching Maid's Revenge and the first episode is a bully Govt. Official who is pretty violent towards his maid. If you watch that, I can just see it now, you would go ballistic. lol
I am all for respect for women, of course, I am one. But I also like dramas and how certain issues are worked out. I like the psychological aspect of the plotline and the journey. Have there been some that I have dropped,? Sure. Some are beyond redemption. This one I LIKE. Do I like all of it? No, but mostly. BTW, there is a part where one of the more free-spirited men marries a rich lady who is one horrible person who keeps him "grounded" in her mansion with surveillance, to clean and keep around for sex. hmmmm? That too is real life ladies. Anyway, again... I like it. And am invested in watching the life experiences of this band of brothers. Now, I am ready for the onslaught of the righteous new gen who haven't been there done that. But let me tell you now, I will not respond to bullying, nastiness, or vulgar behavior. Thank you. One more time I will say this, most CDramas and KDramas are like this. 🤷‍♀️

If they are automatic, then you are going to get terrible translation. But to go in and translate manually is extremely hard AND a lot of time-consuming work.

No really, tell us how you REALLY think. lol I find it fun and lively and normal life in many spots. BTW, this is tame compared to most CDramas; both costume and modern that I've seen (bordering on around 60 or so). Oh and let's not forget the Republican era. I've seen enough male testosterone running rampant and the terrible disrespect of women to last me a lifetime in that era alone. But I sure don't see or hear the criticism that this drama is getting.

I just got to 4 and am awake again ready to binge. The thing I have noticed and has attracted me so much, is Zhang Han's acting. His face is strong and handsome but it's also the most natural at expressions that I have ever seen. I get lost in his character (like "Sunshine Of My Life") until I realize that I'm watching a drama not real life. ha I appreciated the FL when she went to the marker board in the office and showed her skill at technology and math etc. This made him realize she was more, much more than a pretty face. lol But I also hate that she took his office. ha

Way too obvious. lol I am ticked off at the friend who posted it tho for LIKES instead of realizing that as a COO of a large corporation, that can damage her friend's career.

It's just the beginning. Almost all of the dramas I've seen so far, the ML is not necessarily "gentlemanly". OR they start out gentlemanly and become horrid jerks later. That's Dramaland for ya. I am enjoying it myself and am on Ep 4 ready for more. BTW, the bra strap snap was hilarious. And the embarrassed look and action on his part was funny. BTW, the FL has already maligned his character and stereotyped him as a married Father pretending to be single. Pretty crappy hmmmm? Especially since his wife is dead.

It's only just begun yesterday. Anyway, I've been reading lots of comments that have been more positive than negative. It's a matter of perspective I suppose. This is sooo tame compared to lots of others I've seen. I find it fun and lively and I'm not gonna lie, with 4 gorgeous men. how can we lose? LOL

So far so good. I like the vibe and yes it's like so many other movies, but then I see the same storyline in drama after drama and that is just how it is. I love the guys a lot and their cool attitudes and bachelor lifestyle, so far. This will be fun to watch their progression. lol

I'm confused, I see worse on some of the costume dramas since it's the era of male domination. Also in the Republican era dramas, they treated their women like crap and I see it all the time. This is tame compared to some of them. smh
