It's so weird too since none of the synopses even mentioned their English names until it starts airing. It's the same with Gaga subs.

Wen Hsen is Vincent Liang in the synopsis now. Hai Yi is the only one unchanged.

Personally I'm gonna stick with their Chinese names cause it's what I hear on screen and cause Chinese is my mother tongue lol

Unless they start verballing using them like Alex and RJ in My Tooth Your Love.

None of the characters in previous HIStory series had English names so why now lol

Quality of History is going down as years go by, instead of improving, for some odd reason,
Because the original HIStory team has dissolved and went elsewhere so this is all new blood...

Even Trapped and MODC teams had weird beef with each other.

MODC actually has a whole plagiarism controversy behind it because the story is pretty much taken from an extremely old manga

The writer for MODC pretty much went at the Trapped team calling the plot generic and boring and stuff and saying that they would never give a show an ending like that… (But then proceeded to give the ending to modc that they did) and some of the trapped team were actually behind the Because of You 2020 series and they shaded MODC team with a comment about salt on the day of the finale.

I will die on the Trapped supremacy hill lol

It's also why we will never get sequels for any of the previous series now.
