Season 1 doctors will come right? I mean it was said in S2 that they'll be coming back. So I would love to see few episodes where they are really amazing at what they do and they kind of save the day.
I just rewatched the show and thought the contraryFirst episodes: mmh maybe Ill lower the score I gave the first…
Hi, can you suggest any Kdramas that are just funny/soothing kind of vibe? No melo drama, mystery/thriller/revenge, super jealous thing? I also like this kind of cringey but happy stories.
A budding romance is there for the MC's child. Other than that not much. There's kindness, comedy and heart warming scenes instead of revenge, mystery, jealous stuff.
heartwarming. only problem I had was the wife's affair. was it seriously resolved after her husband invited her…
While I can understand your perspective, it was not an affair imo. The only place where I think went a bit far was when she went to his place. But she said that she originally wanted to visit sharon but ran into him. Nevertheless, I think the way MC handled it was the best course of action he can take.
This drama is perfect for when you require a heart warming, funny series with small hiccups (unavoidable in kdrama xD). There's a cute romance b/w the children and they remain as kids. Everything ends well so no sad tears which is rare this year (every damn series made me cry this year)
What is showed of Africa in the drama happens in plenty of countries in Africa yesterday and nowadays. It is nothing…
From this whole chain, I see that people are more offended on two points. One being Africa getting called out as a whole instead of specific country. And the other is ML is treated as a savior/punishment for him.
From my point of view, Africa has been treated like this in whole since long by literally every film industry, so no need to pin point Koreans here based solely on this. Africa being called out like this is still wrong though but just because the series didn't choose to show the good parts of the continent doesn't mean they are being racist. And it was kind of shown as a punishment or some chore because volunteering from a super popular actor for 1 year is obviously very tiring for him especially if it was not on his own volition. And the elevation that the ML got has nothing to do with racism I feel and it's just the ML getting too much hype as this most amazing super popular kind of actor somehow.
What the hell was that first episode ??? the blatant disrespect and contempt toward Africa? we know they are racist…
I think it's more of a deep rooted stereotype that has been going on since a long time. This series is not the first or even 100th to use africa as a whole in such contexts. While I think it's high time that they stopped doing this, I won't take it too much into heart because I fell things are slowly changing for better and people are becoming more conscious of such issues.
