The drama just started—can y’all let the plot develop first? The way some of you are already coming for the FL is insane. MDL users seriously have a degree in hating female leads at this point. Literally I can’t stop crying, and knowing it was inspired by true events just makes it a hundred times worse 😭 The tension, the urgency, the raw emotions—everything feels so real it’s suffocating. I genuinely don’t know how police officers deal with situations like this every single day. The emotional toll, the responsibility, the fear—it’s unimaginable. Watching it for a few hours broke me, and this is their reality.
6 hours to go and I can already hear the hate brewing for Xue Man 😭 the first part of the story is her trying to kill Beiming because she believes he killed her dad. Yeah, probably because a lot of people just don’t bother with dramas that don’t have heavy romance. And you’re right—MDL ratings are definitely biased. I honestly believe many users there are much harsher when it comes to women, always nitpicking or finding something to complain about with female leads. The double standards are exhausting. So I’m really glad we don’t have that kind of negativity here. We can actually enjoy the story, the acting, and the message it’s trying to convey.
