The drama I was looking forward to the most this year was ADWAD, and I’m so glad it didn’t disappoint! 🔥🔥 Now this new one—just from the trailer—I can already tell it’s gonna be so good. The chemistry between the leads?? Insane. I love a good red flag couple, and this one looks like it’s gonna feed us well 😭🫶
Only thing is… I’m just a tiny bit nervous because my girl Li Qin has a track record with sad endings 🥲 please let this one be kind to us!!
After watching ep4: The soundtrack and cinematography are brilliant, and the writing and direction are good too—overall,…
I actually feel the opposite about Moon Ga-young — I think she fits the role really well. Her character is supposed to be reserved and emotionally guarded, and I think her subtle expressions and calm delivery reflect that. It’s not meant to be dramatic or overly expressive; it’s more internalized, which makes sense given the slice-of-life tone of the drama. Sometimes less is more, and she brings that quiet realism that complements the other characters beautifully. I’ve been enjoying her performance just as much as the others.
OMG, I kinda regret starting this drama since it only has 4 episodes, lol. I went in without much expectation because K-dramas haven’t really been hitting for me lately. Even though I’m a fan of everyone in the show, it’s kinda sad Kim Kyung Nam was only in one episode. But honestly, I didn’t think I’d love it this much — it’s totally my type of drama. It’s so comforting, and the food and everything about it just feels like a warm, cozy escape!
Song Xiaoyu is a rare female lead—real, strong, and unapologetic. Some may call her a red flag, but she loved herself first and didn’t want to die. She did everything to protect her family and could live without love, but not without them. When she finally chose Nan Heng, it was on her terms because she believed in him and felt safe. He gave her what she needed most: family safety and respect.
I love this show and their relationship means everything to me. Can’t wait to see what happens next—this is so unpredictable!
After everything Nanheng’s been through, I suddenly thought back to episode 1—when Nanfeng’s agent asked for 900 scenes centered on the male lead, making sure all the best parts were his, just so the audience would fall in love with him. And now I can’t help but wonder… are we the ones stuck in the rewritten script?
Feel like this has become a bit of a mess since girlfriend went over the cliff. The past 4 eps haven’t had anything…
Fr right?? There’s sooo much mess going on with this drama. I heard the original screenwriter and their whole team got pushed out and even lost their opening credits. The plot after the cliff fall wasn’t written by them at all. And get this — the opening credits list 11 screenwriters, and apparently some still didn’t get credited 😵💫 no wonder it feels all over the place lately.
Only thing is… I’m just a tiny bit nervous because my girl Li Qin has a track record with sad endings 🥲 please let this one be kind to us!!
