I don’t think that is possible. The whole purpose of this drama is to show that you can create unbreakable bonds with people that aren’t blood related to you. That’s GTKs and Real’s case, the older brother and the future baby, GTK’s sister and OYD’s niece so I don’t see that scenario becoming true
