After what the scumbag did to her, her trust is broken so it’s hard for her to trust someone else again at this point and we have to be realistic too, GTK told her multiple times that he didn’t like her, that she wasn’t her type at all, that she shouldn’t think that he liked her just because he was nice to her. But we can see that in a couple of episodes she remembered everything that he has done for her since they met so she knows that he is telling the truth
