This was so good. Honey J is like a mama to all the girls. What a caring person, no wonder her team loves her so much, and it came out in SWF first season so that Holy Bang went from underdog to the winning team. I thought Monika was a meanie, but she turned out to be a sweetheart. She is feisty and ambitious, don't get me wrong, but that doesn't mean she is cruel. Lee Jong surprised me how accommodating and friendly she is to the others, constantly volunteering to do the work, whatever it takes. Hyo Jin is really funny in this kind of setting whereas she looked so serious at the competition. Lee Hye is the quiet type, no social butterfly, but lots of fun in her own way. Now Gabi and Aiki are the same here and in competition. Noze is a sweetheart. Really enjoyed them together like this. Now please, please 정말 do the next Fly to the Dance with these 8 women and Henry!
You think it is Korea or only Asian countries? https://www.statista.com/statistics/439728/active-physicians-by-specialty-and-gender-in-the-us/
Statistics for doctors and gender are pretty much the same globally. You wrote, "Is Korea this patriarchal? Do women all stop their careers when they have children?" I thought that part of your comment was a bit naive. You can't extrapolate a general social criticism of a culture from one tv show. Hospital Playlist has women doctors (with children). So do many other shows. For that matter why not comment on female nurses? How can Korea be so matriarchal? That helps illustrate the absurdity of making such social criticisms.
BTW, I didn't like Sky Castle but for entirely different reasons. Since you are in France, what did you think of the uproar against Emily in Paris? Just curious!
