It felt uncomfortable to watch Jang Uk kiss JBY after she kissed Seo Yul. Feels like the CP should have given…
She didn’t kiss yul though. It was just a peck/almost but absolutely fair for viewers to feel a bit uncomfortable there. It was a fanservice unfortunately when there was no need for it

Personally, I thought nothing of it, life threatening situation required it. But from the writers perspective,…
As i said that long intimate ukkie-naksu embrace in the end made up for it or else you would be seeing people react worse. They saved themselves with that 😂 It was surely a fan-service but it felt out of place for me because they made it look like it had to be her who can do that which pretty much suggests it was a fan service

I do feel that whole cpr thing felt so out of place and totally unwarranted. They could have had million ways to go about it and decided to go this way (probably a fan-service to please yul-naksu shippers? 😂). They kinda saved it by keeping the intimate kiss with uk in the end ngl.

I know it was under the pretext to simply save someone but felt so unnecessary from the writers when they are trying to wrap up things in few episodes.

I think this prince Fu is just acting dumb...I have a feeling he's gonna a villain later, any ways love the female…
Agreed. I think even if emperor fu turns out to be a psychopath or violent later, her character wouldn't just sit around and just have it. That's the vibe I am getting from her. Hope they keep it that way and not make her a mere damsel in distress

I am so suspicious of the future emperor, prince Fu. He seems mentally unstable and gives me psychopath vibes,…
Pretty sure it's gonna go that way. Probably in the mid episodes we have to be prepared for a lot of angst for the FL I guess. He will probably turn violent once he realizes the FL likes ML

Exactly right.... I was just thinking in this direction.... Him not only killing Bu Yeon but dying with her would…
Exactly this. Man just chose the highest form of cowardice. This is why I couldn’t understand how people were able to empathise with his choice

true, some of the viewers even sided with SY as if he wanna protect Jang uk from getting hurt? as if wanna take…
Right? He was just being super coward. Like he knows he was dying. Just decided to take an easy way out by killing his friend's wife and kill himself so that he doesn't have to answer jang uk later. Lmao, get a grip bro

Same. I mean I can understand why he tried to do that because he thinks he should have killed mudeok in first part once he knew. I mean his immediate solution is always about killing her instead of trying to help her or even understand her because his sense of justice is so blinded by principles over emotions like love. This is where janguk stands several tiers above him. He would have actually listened to naksu's side of story to try and understand what made her go on a killing spree whereas this guy deadass decided to kill her because he thinks she is capable of doing that again. I couldn't empathize one bit for his character at all. Didn't feel any of his emotions towards Naksu in the latest episode. It all felt very meaningless and void at best

Seo yul was ready to kill his first love for the world
Jang uk would fight the entire world for his love.

The DIFFERENCE. Like my poor girl naksu who had been manipulated and hunted all her life felt worthy only with Jang Uk who accepted her wholeheartedly for who she is. That is exactly why naksu chose jang uk and not this sadboi

I don't know about you guys, but that seo yul hug to naksu felt so void and meaningless unlike how many of you seem to have perceived it. Like what's even the point of all that emotional hug if you are anyway intending to kill her because of your blinded sense of mage justice? Like cmon bro, you just planned to kill your best friend's wife without telling him that's his lover whom he had been grieving for 3 years. That is not called taking responsibility. You just chose to be selfish and take an easy way out by dying with her since you are anyway dying. That's literally the highest form of cowardice right there.

Very dissapointed with seo yul in the last episode! I almost cried when yul recognized naksu and the scene was…
Fair sentiment. Seo yul is a complex character unlike Jang uk. From Seo Yul's point of view that is the right thing to do which is why he said it's his responsibility (many of us misunderstood when he said that, we thought he was gonna set things right by helping naksu get justice etc) but his sense of justice as a mage is important for him than his love. That's why he was prepared to die with her as well.

This is exactly why he didn't deserve Naksu and never got Naksu's love back. And this is exactly why Jang Uk deserved her. He always prioritized her feelings, and he is always ready to fight the entire world for her as he knew she was a victim as well. He made naksu feel worthy. Man he literally threatened the queen for his wife whom he doesn't even know it's his naksu that he has been missing all along. Imagine what extreme he would go if he knows it's his naksu?

That is why I cannot empathize much with Seo Yul although I can understand why he was planning to do it. He literally tried to kill his friend's wife whom his friend has been waiting for more than 3 years grieving her loss like anything. If you think about this, the choice he made is literally the worst.

He was key in Bu Yeon decision to escape and find another husband for herself... It all started from there.
Yes it has to be something significant like a plot twist or something. Or else it doesn’t make sense for him to sign for part 2 just to be a sore loser for real 😂

But think he will have a key role. It didn’t make sense to add a somewhat notable actor just for this plot. I feel he will have some significance at some point but if not, what a waste 😂

LJW seems to have really made GYJ feel so comfortable on the sets. It is so sweet of him to be this level of supportive to his costar who is basically leading a project for the first time and especially coming into the project with so much scrutiny from the trolls. I am sure she found the perfect solace in LJW on the sets amidst all the noise outside and we cannot thank LJW enough for that👏

Some people are mad at today's episode only because it didn't go the way they had imagined. The main leads angsty plot is blinding them. I can understand because today's episode was actually brilliant, and the pacing was extraordinary. Someone even called today's episode as a filler? I mean wtf? Are we sure we are watching the same show? 🤣

The last time I really enjoyed and went crazy for an on-screen husband and wife duo was Happiness. So it gives…
And GYJ's next project is with Han hyo joo as well. That's a win xD
