Like I was thinking after the first episode, this drama isn’t that bad. If we put aside the cringe moments, I like many aspects of it. The flashbacks of Susu and Qingyi are the best parts of this drama 🥹
I only watched the first ep and I wasn’t expecting much in the first place but I don’t think it’s that bad. I mean we could see from the trailers this short drama vibe so I’m not surprised about this drama’s quality. It’s bad and a little bit ridiculous yes, but it’s entertaining enough. The only thing I hate very much is this AI generated intro, it’s really the worse
Ji-yoon was so whinny in ep 8. He doesn't tell you the truth you're angry, he tells you the truth you're also angry. I don't like how she's making him guilty about having a past while she also has a past. You had a longterm relationship and even wanted to marry the guy but you draw the line at having an ex-wife ?? Her concerns are not even backed up by something happening between Si-woo and his ex. I thought this couple would've been mature enough but she's so childish
Ju-ah annoys me so much, what do you mean, after all that happened between the two of you, you are not ready to get married ?? She keeps playing with Hyun-bin which is not very nice. Overall their relationship is the huge let down of this story, they started well but they’re just a headache for the few past weeks.
I think the same, her plans are way too hasty and I fear the only thing that will save her each time is the fact…
Yes the growth, that’s the part I’m most concerned about. Her plan failing is good and realistic but I hope she will learn her lessons and not be stubborn for nothing.
enjoying it so far but I got kinda frustrated by chu zhao's overconfidence in her plans. like the other characters…
I think the same, her plans are way too hasty and I fear the only thing that will save her each time is the fact that she’s the main character. I would be very disappointed if they try to portray a strong woman but in fact her plans keep messing up because she’s overconfident
Yeah. Female lead is annoying now. I gave her the benefit of the doubt early, but now she's just being intentionally…
I think the same as you, from the start till ep 30 I understood why she thought and acted like that and I even agreed with her to some extent. But ep 31 kinda pissed me off, I didn't understand her rant about the painted faced demon like I thought we left this thing behind. However she obviously doesn't want to assess the situation based on what she has as proof. She keeps getting influenced by actions she overheard and interpret it as she sees fit. I thought she was smart but now she acting kinda stupid, hope it doesn't last honestly.
I’ve only watched 3 ep, it’s fair enough for a start. My only issue with the pace and the editing that are weird sometimes. Hope it’ll get better afterwards
I think starting from this moment, I'll avoid to watch dramas written by writers who fumbled their previous dramas in order to be less frustrated. The ability of K-dramas to fumble a story with good elements need to be studied, seriously the quality keeps dropping
It might be the best drama I've seen this year, really love the angle they choose to narrate this part of history. The characters are quite endearing, the tension is well made : really this drama is very good for now
Kinda funny how people like always say "its fictional" - Just because it is fictional people are forced…
Then if you don’t like it why are you camping in the section comment ? No one is forcing to like a drama but answering to every comment and spending some much time on something you don’t like is a looser behaviour
People can't watch and understand dramas anymore any and it shows, so many assumptions and bad words thrown based on 2 episodes. Think everyone needs to chill out and remember and it's fictional
You had a longterm relationship and even wanted to marry the guy but you draw the line at having an ex-wife ?? Her concerns are not even backed up by something happening between Si-woo and his ex. I thought this couple would've been mature enough but she's so childish
